4. What It Does

Monica reminded me of a long-held pet peeve with Oblivion and, especially Shivering Isles. You literally can’t walk ten paces without getting into a fight.
For those of us who just want to go for a nice walk in the country, this becomes very boring very quickly.

I made some passive creatures – duplicates of animals with their aggression/confidence set low – and then duplicated the levelled lists of the *exterior* cells, substituting the normal creatures for the passive ones (using Find & Replace, in the Worldspaces of Tamriel and Shivering Isles). I also reduced the chances of some creatures appearing – if you aren’t killing them, the numbers will build up pretty quickly. The new leveled lists will inevitably conflict with other mods that modify those leveled lists, because the references (spawn points) to those leveled lists are no longer in the game. Interior cells are unaffected.
