Princess Factor’s Estate

Improves and extends the Factor’s Estate in Raven Rock to be more spacious, warm and homely. There are now four comfortable bedrooms – three double and one twin – a display hall with mannequin (three of whom are wearing unique new armour) there’s a lounge/diner, bathroom, alchemy room with potion sorter, and various areas to just sit down and read a good book.

1. Installing the Plugin

To install the plugin, unzip the .esp file into the Morrowind/Data Files directory

*****************************************************************

2. Playing the Plugin

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the Clean Princess Factors Estate.esp file.

*****************************************************************

3. Save Games

This plugin will not invalidate your old saved games. If you save your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error messages when you reload the saved game without the plugin. But you will be able to continue on with the original game.

*NOTE* The Factor’s Estate will not be complete until the colony quests for Bloodmoon are completed. If you cheat (console) your way in to the house, you will see a door missing as the door is only added when Raven Rock is completed.

You may find the Rings of Level Playing (Bloodmoon ring) useful, as it will auto-complete quests to make the player instantly a level 50 Nerevarine with a completed colony and Factor’s Estate, if you don’t want to play the Bloodmoon quest through.

**Necessities of Morrowind: The water sources in the house are NOM-compatible. Please ensure that NOM loads last to enjoy this feature. To do this, make NOM the active file in the Construction Set with the necessary .esm files checked, open the file, and save it without making any changes; or use Wrye Mash. This only affects your game if you use Necessities of Morrowind.

4. What It Does

The armour is set up according to the stats from the armour upon which it is based (Domina, Adamantium and the Helm of Tohan respectively). To avoid it being an uber-cheat, I knocked a zero off the value of the items, so whilst it is useful protection, it isn’t worth terribly much.
